Before going into your interview to draft your will, try filling out the questionnaire below.
Giving your attorney such information upfront can save you time and thus money in your consultation.
Make sure however that you do have a consultation with the attorney and that they clarify why they included or excluded what they did in your will.
How to fill it out electronically
Download it onto your computer, give it a file name inclusive of your name, and that it is for your will.
Fill out each field, pressing tab to go to the next field.
Save the now filled out form.
Attach it to an e-mail and e-mail your attorney, or print it out and bring to your consultation with your attorney.
